Posh fielded a young team at PSL last night in front of a big crowd, including two trialists. With Barry Fry and Luke Williams watching on from the stands, it was a big night for the pair as they tried to impress the Posh hierarchy.

After doing some detective work, we can reveal the identities of the two unknown prospects.

I understand that Junior Moses was the trialist at left back last night. The 19-year-old has attended trials with AC Milan and Feyenoord previously, and notched up 19 goal involvements from left back at step five Cockfosters last season.
Moses also received plaudits for his performance at Wembley in the FA Vase final. He has recently signed for Enfield Town ahead of next season, however was on trial for Posh on Wednesday night.

The second trialist was former Leicester City winger Wanya Marçal. The 23-year-old forward came through the academy at The Foxes before making eight first team appearances in the Championship-winning 2023/24 campaign. He also spent two years in the Posh academy from ages 11-13.
In the next season, Marçal was loaned out to Dutch second tier side De Graafschap, where he made 15 appearances scoring once. He made one appearance for Leicester last season, playing one minute in an FA Cup tie at Cheltenham Town.
Marçal was understood to be on trial with Sheffield Wednesday up until last weekend, however has not gone with them on their pre-season training camp to Hungary.
He has represented the Portuguese U20s internationally.
